Can I Make a Retrospective Payment?
In some locations, you may have the option to make a retrospective (late) payment. If available, this option will appear in the RingGo app or on the website when you try to pay.
However, if you don’t see an option for retrospective payment, unfortunately, it means this feature isn’t offered for that location. This is due to the parking operator’s policies, which may not allow late payments.

- RingGo’s Role: RingGo serves as an automated payment service and isn’t involved in the management of car parks or enforcement actions. Enforcement operators are responsible for issuing PCNs and handling any penalties.
- Penalty Notices: If a PCN is issued, it may be placed on your vehicle or sent by post.
