Have I Been Issued a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN)?

RingGo provides a convenient way to pay for your parking sessions, but we aren’t involved in parking management or enforcement. This means we can’t determine if you’ll receive a PCN due to late or missed payments. Here’s what to keep in mind:

• Payment Timing: RingGo sessions start when you make a payment and can’t be backdated or adjusted. Enforcement rules require that all payments are made in real time.

• Notice of a PCN: If a PCN wasn’t left on your vehicle, it’s possible no penalty has been issued. However, some parking operators may send fines by post, so you may still receive one by mail.
