1. Verify the Payment
- Check if you or anyone with access to your payment card may have used RingGo for a parking session.
2. Report the Transaction to Your Bank
- If you believe the transaction was unauthorised, contact your bank immediately to report it. They can assist with stopping further use of your card if needed.
3. Request a Trace from RingGo
- If you’d like us to help trace the transaction, please contact our customer care team here.
- Note: While we can try to match the transaction to a parking activity, GDPR regulations mean we cannot share any personal information related to the account.
