If you've accidentally paid for parking at the wrong location, please follow these steps:

Purchase a New Session:
- Immediately create a new parking session for the correct location to avoid any potential fines (PCNs) from the parking operator.

Request a Refund:
- Once you've created the new session for the correct location, you can request a refund for the incorrect session here.

Avoiding Future Errors:
- To prevent this in the future, always double-check the parking zone code on local signage before confirming your payment.
Please note that RingGo cannot cancel an active session once it has started, and we are not able to manage PCN appeals.
