To stop your parking session with RingGo, follow these simple steps:
- Open the RingGo app on your phone.
- Log in to your account (if you're not already logged in).
- Go to your active parking session on the app's dashboard.
- Select the 'Stop' button to end your parking session.
- The session will stop immediately, and you'll be charged for the exact time you've parked.
To stop your parking session, you can also call our dedicated phone line at 0203 046 0010. Simply follow the instructions provided when you call, and your session will be stopped manually. This service is available for users who prefer to use the phone instead of the app.
Alternatively, if you're using Start-Stop parking, the session will stop automatically once you reach the maximum allowed parking time or when you manually stop it via the app.
