What is Start-Stop Parking?

Start-Stop Parking is a flexible parking option available at some RingGo locations. It allows you to park without having to specify the duration upfront. Instead, you start your parking session when you arrive, and stop it when you leave.

Here’s how it works:

1. Start your session when you park by selecting the location in the RingGo app.
2. Stop your session when you’re ready to leave. The app will then calculate your parking charges based on the actual time spent at the location.
3. You can check the parking tariffs either via local signage or in the app by clicking on the ‘i’ or ‘See prices’ link before confirming your parking.

Important Points:

• Maximum stay: All Start-Stop locations have a maximum time allowed, set by the parking operator. If you don't stop your session manually, it will automatically stop when the maximum stay is reached, and you'll be charged the full amount.

This feature offers more flexibility, especially if you're unsure of how long you'll need to park.
