If you're unable to find your receipts in the RingGo app, it's likely because the app only stores a limited number of recent transactions. To retrieve older receipts, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your RingGo account online here.
- Go to ‘Booking History’ on the left-hand side of your screen.
- Use the calendar tool to select the relevant month and view older receipts.
- Locate and download or email the receipt you need.
