A one-time passcode (OTP) is a code used once as part of multi-factor authentication (MFA), an additional layer of security that requires you to provide more than one form of identification before accessing your RingGo account. This added layer protects your data more effectively than a password alone and helps prevent unauthorised access.
How OTP Works:
- After entering your account password, you’ll receive an OTP via email or text (SMS) to the email or phone number associated with your account.
- Enter the OTP when prompted to complete the login process.
You don’t need to set up MFA, but please ensure that the contact details on your account are accurate so you receive the OTP.
If you experience issues receiving the OTP, you can pay for parking through our telephone service at 0203 046 0010. For further assistance, feel free to contact our Customer Care team via live chat
