Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is a security measure that requires you to provide two or more forms of identification to access your RingGo account. This extra layer of security ensures stronger protection of your data, reducing the risk of unauthorised access compared to a password alone.
How MFA Works:
- When you log in, you’ll enter your password as usual.
- Next, you’ll receive a one-time passcode (OTP) via email or SMS, which you’ll need to enter to complete the login.
This combination of your password and OTP helps secure your account.
Getting Started with MFA: You don’t need to set up MFA separately, but it’s recommended to ensure your account's email address and phone number are accurate.
If you’re not receiving the OTP, you can still pay for parking through our telephone service at 0203 046 0010.
