Check Your Card Details: Ensure that your payment card details are correct and that the card is still valid.
Try a New Payment Card: If the card details are correct but the issue persists, try adding a new payment card to see if that helps.
For Auto-Top Up Issues: If your auto-top ups aren’t working, follow these steps:
Deactivate and remove the card.
Re-add the card and make a manual payment.
Once the payment goes through, reactivate your auto-top up.
Pending Bank Transfers: Sometimes, a pending bank transfer can block auto-top ups or manual payments. If you have one, please cancel the transfer to avoid any issues.
