How to Apply for an LB Richmond Residency Permit

To access up to 30 minutes of free parking in Richmond locations, you must first apply for Residency Status through RingGo. Follow these steps to apply:

1. Log into your RingGo account here 
2. Scroll to the bottom of the website and select ‘Residency.’
3. Click 'Apply for Residency Status' to open the application form.
4. From the dropdown menu, choose 'London Borough of Richmond' and click 'Next.'
5. Complete the application form and upload any required supporting documents. You may also mail proofs by post, though this may delay processing.
6. Click 'Confirm' to submit your application.

Approval from the London Borough of Richmond Council may take up to five working days. You will receive an email notification with the decision and any further instructions if approved.

Important Notes on Free Sessions

• Free sessions are limited to 30 minutes and cannot be combined with other bookings to extend a single parking period.
• You can book multiple free sessions throughout the day, but there must be at least a one-hour gap between sessions.
