If you need to change the vehicle registered to your permit, follow these steps:
Steps to Update Your Vehicle
- Log in: Access your RingGo account on the website here and click on Help in the top right corner.
- Search for “change vehicle”: In the search bar, type "change vehicle" and select the option titled “How do I edit my session?”
- Change Vehicle(s): Click on the green link labeled "Change vehicle(s) on your permit session."
- Select Your Permit: Use the dropdown menu to select the relevant permit or session.
- Choose or Add Vehicle: From the My Vehicles menu, choose the vehicle you wish to assign to the permit or add a new one.
- Confirm Change: Click Next to confirm the changes.
Additional Information
- View Active Sessions: To verify your updates, check the Active sessions section on your dashboard.
- Required Proofs: Some councils may require proof documents for vehicle changes. Follow the instructions provided online, as this process can take up to five working days.
- Important Reminder: Ensure your vehicle is correctly updated on your permit each time you park with a different vehicle. Missing updates may result in a parking fine.
