How Do I Extend Parking?

To extend your parking session with RingGo, follow these steps:

In the RingGo App:

1. Open the RingGo App.
2. Go to the Active Session tab on your dashboard.
3. Select the parking session you want to extend.
4. Click on the Extend Session option.
5. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the extension, including payment for the additional time if needed.

On the RingGo Website:

1. Log into your account on the RingGo website.
2. Go to your Active Sessions page.
3. Find the session you wish to extend and select it.
4. Click Extend Session and follow the prompts to complete the extension.

Important Notes:

• Time Limits: Extensions may not be allowed if you are subject to a no return rule or if the maximum stay time has been reached.
• Payment: Any additional time added to your session will require payment, and you’ll receive a confirmation.

If you're unable to extend your session, it could be due to restrictions at your parking location, in which case you may need to move your vehicle or pay for a new session.
