How to Stop Receiving Text Notifications

If you no longer wish to receive the confirmation or reminder text messages, you can easily adjust your SMS settings:

On the Website:

Log in to your account at www.myringgo.com.

From the dashboard, go to 'Parking Notifications'.

De-select the options under SMS Settings and save your changes.

On the App:

Open the app and go to the Account page.

Tap on 'Notifications'.

From there, you can adjust your SMS settings.
