How to Update Your Email Address

If you need to update your email address, it’s easy to do so both on the website and in the app.

On the Website

1. Log in to your account at www.myringgo.com.
2. Once logged in, click on 'Profile' on the left-hand side of the webpage.
3. From your profile, you’ll be able to update your email address.

On the App

1. Open the app and log in.
2. Tap on 'Account' at the bottom of the screen.
3. From there, you can update your email address.
