How to Add or Delete Vehicles from Your Account

If you need to add or remove a vehicle from your RingGo account, here's a simple guide to help you through the process.

On the Desktop Website

1. Log In: Start by logging into your RingGo account on the desktop website.
2. Navigate to Vehicles: From the dashboard, click on 'Account' in the top navigation bar, then select 'Vehicles' from the dropdown menu.

On the Mobile App

1. Log In: Open the app and log in to your RingGo account.
2. Go to My Vehicles: Tap on 'Account' at the bottom of the screen, then select 'My Vehicles'.

How to Add a New Vehicle

1. Under 'My Vehicles', click 'Add a Vehicle' or tap the '+' symbol.
2. Enter your vehicle's registration number, make, model, and colour.
3. Don't forget to hit 'Save' to confirm!

How to Remove a Vehicle

1. To remove a vehicle, click the 'Delete' icon on the right-hand side of the vehicle details.
2. Confirm by clicking 'Yes' to permanently delete it from your account. On the app, simply tap the trash can icon to delete the vehicle.
