If you forgot to pay for parking, retrospective payment may be available in some locations.
How to Check for Retrospective Payment:
- When booking, check if the option is available to select a past start date and time for your parking.
- Note that some locations may restrict this option, only allowing parking to start up to 24 hours in the past.
If you don’t see this option, it means that retrospective payment is not available at that location.
Please remember, RingGo is an automated payment service and doesn’t handle car park management or enforcement. The local parking operator may have already issued a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) if no payment was made at the time of parking.
