We’re sorry to hear that you’d like to close your account. Here’s what you need to do depending on the type of account you have:
For Personal Accounts
If you’d like to close or delete your account, you can do so via the RingGo app:
- Open the app and go to 'My Profile'.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and select 'Delete My Account'.
Alternatively, you can delete your account online. Please ensure you’re logged in and click here to complete the process. Remember, deleting the app won’t automatically delete your account.
Before closing your account, make sure to download any receipts or transaction history you may need, as these won’t be accessible once the account is deleted.
For Corporate Accounts
To close a corporate account, please click here to submit your request. One of our team members will begin the closure procedure for you.
